AI Prompt allows you to utilize the data in a Table without needing to use (or even know) SQL. If you’re unfamiliar with SQL, that noise you just heard was the sound of everyone who is familiar with it breathing a sigh of relief.

To make a Prompt, simply click the Prompt button at the top of your table, and then enter what you would like to do with the data in the text area which pops up.

Press Run and check the results.

Prompts use AI to parse your instructions. This one is trained to perform this task specifically, so it’s rather good at it — however, it might take a couple of tries and rephrasing if you wish to do something complicated.

After running the Prompt and making sure you are getting the what you want, you have the option to save the results as a new View.

Click the ‘Create View’ button at the bottom of the screen and give it a name as usual.

The results of your Prompt are now ready and on-hand, and will update dynamically as the Table data changes.
