Select Records for bulk editing

Click on the header of the Field you wish to update and select ‘Bulk Edit’ from the drop-down menu to open the Bulk Edit popup.

There are three methods for bulk editing:

Row

Entering a value in the input field within this tab will overwrite all selected fields with that value.

Formula

From the 'Formula' tab of the Batch Edit popup, you can calculate a value using a Formula and overwrite the selected Fields with the result of that calculation.

Prompt

Let Morph’s AI help you. In the text field explain what you want in plain language and then test the result by clicking Preview.

Great for overwriting a value based on an ambiguous classification or condition that cannot be expressed in a Formula!
